About

A quilt, illuminated by office tube lights, evokes the myth of Icarus. Like him, I am continuously tempted to stay too long in bright environments, burning my bodymind — melting, falling apart — and exposing my otherwise unseen disability.

My work invites visitors to touch, be touched, and stay with our shared urge to overcome our limitations — a drive that is not merely an individual choice, but a cultural pressure, one that rewards the flight while looking away from the fall.
